Dreamy Bride in Tuscany

For Liz, we created a bespoke delicate floaty chiffon wedding gown so she could drift along the beautiful landscape in Tuscany, Italy.
A fitted slip style under dress in silk satin, and a high neck in sheer chiffon, and with a v-neck back as low as underwear support would allow, and with soft and fluttering chiffon sleeves.

The silk fabrics we chose are a golden pearl colour, and the chiffon embroidered in chain stitch taking inspiration from the shapes of rose and leaves from the french lace so that the effect was that the matte gold sequin embroidered lace faded in and out, and meant that we could create a figure sculpting effect with the placement of lace.

Liz moved to London, from Chicago and met her British/Italian love almost immediately (so romantic!), each sharing a love of bull dogs. Liz has a Frenchie called Belle, and her now husband an American Bulldog called Bella - what are the chances, really!? So naturally, we very subtly incorporated an embroidered portrait of each of the dogs, nestled among the leaves on the train.
