TELL US YOUR BESPOKE STORY

 The Bespoke Design Service

1. Enquiry & Initial Conversation
Get in touch and share your wedding details and early ideas — from location and timing to inspirations, silhouettes, fabrics, or motifs. No prior bridal knowledge is required; every idea is interpreted and translated through the couture process.

2. Consultation & Creative Direction
A consultation is arranged (in person where possible, or via video/phone). This conversation allows us to explore your vision in depth, consider fabric options, and establish the foundations of a design that is entirely personal to you.

3. Design & Quotation
A couture illustration is created as a working design, outlining the direction of your gown. Your feedback is central at this stage, and refinements are made as needed. A detailed quotation is then provided based on the agreed design and materials.

4. Toiles & Fittings
A series of cotton toiles (mock-ups) are created to refine fit, proportion, and structure. Through multiple fittings, the gown evolves — details such as embroidery placement, neckline, sleeve volume, train length, and embellishment are carefully planned and perfected.

5. Couture Construction & Final Reveal
The gown is constructed in its final fabrics, with fittings continuing as details, overlays, and finishings are added by hand. Final adjustments are made before your dress is completed and ready for collection. Most bespoke gowns require around five fittings to achieve a flawless result.

“Working with Charlotte was an absolute joy. From the very beginning, she was so friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in bringing my vision to life. Throughout the entire design process, and even after the wedding, she was quick to reply to my messages and so helpful with any questions I had about the dress.
What I loved most was how collaborative the experience was. I was able to work closely with her to refine every detail until the design was exactly what I wanted. Her attention to detail is truly exquisite, every stitch and lace detail was perfection.
The finished dress was beyond anything I could have imagined. It was the most magical creation and made me feel like a princess on the day! She even designed it so I could modify it throughout the day, transforming it effortlessly from ceremony to party.
Not only is her work outstanding, but she’s also such a lovely person to work with, kind, creative, and genuinely passionate about what she does. I couldn’t recommend her more highly!” Elif
